HOMEWORK POLICY
Words of the week:
On Monday the children will receive a
paper with four sight words to practice and learn for Friday.
Story booklets:
Several times a week your child will
bring home little story booklets to practice
with. It is a good idea to save them to read
until they can read them smoothly.
Math facts:
Several times a month they will bring
home a copy of our addition or subtraction
flash cards. It is our goal to have them
memorized by the end of the year. This
will take time and work. The proven answer
to that is practice, practice, practice.
